Change Access Data

konsoleH

The following procedure is recommended for konsoleH:

Log on with your client number and password to https://konsoleh.your-server.de

Change Client Password

Above right click on "Administration" then left on "Access details"

Change Domain level/FTP password

Click on the respective domain in the account overview. Go to "Manage Services" in the left-hand menu and then click on "FTP" under "Access Details". Then click on "Edit" for main user and for all further FTP users.

Please note: The new password will need to be adjusted in the FTP Client (e.g. Filezilla) if necessary.

Change Mailbox Passwords

Click on "E-mail" and again in the menu at left on "E-Mail Accounts". Go to "Edit" for all mailboxes and overwrite the password there. For more information please see

Please note: The new password will need to be adjusted in the mailclient (e.g. Outlook) if necessary.

Change MySQL Password

Under "Manage Services" mark "MySQL" and every database one-by-one, "Edit", overwrite passwords and "Save".

Please note: The new password will need to be adjusted in the configuration files of the software installed if necessary.

Robot

Robot Login

The password for your Robot admin interface (https://robot.your-server.de) can be changed via menu item "Administration" -> "Passwords".

Webservice Login

If you have created a separate login for the Robot webservice, you can change this password under "Administration" -> "Settings" -> "Webservice Login".

Separate Admin Login

If you have created a separate Admin Login for your server, you can change the password for this under "Server" -> Tab "Admin login".

Telephone Password

If you have created a telephone password for your server, this can be changed under "Server" -> Tab "Telephone Password".
