Email notification about reaching the expiration date for gTLD domains

If you have received an email to renew your domain(s), you will find more information here.

What to do to renew a domain?

If you wish to continue to use the domain(s), you do not need to do anything. A renewal is done automatically.

Why did I get this email?

We are obliged to inform you of this fact by the central domain administrator "ICANN".

How many emails are sent to me?

The emails are sent approximately one month, and again about a week before the expiry date of your domain(s).

Where can I find the expiration date?

The expiration date can be found in a WHOIS query.

How can I cancel my domain?

If you wish to cancel a domain, you can do this through your administration interface (Robot/konsoleH). Please keep in mind the cancellation period of 30 days to the end of the month.

What can I do if I cancelled a domain, but still need it?

If you cancelled a domain and want to keep it, please send a verified support request via the administration interface. Within 30 days there is a possibility to "Restore" the domain to retrieve it from the deletion phase.
