Provider change (KK)

Please follow these steps:

1. Obtain an Authority Code from your previous provider (for .de/.com/.net/.org/.info/.biz/.eu domains). This code is needed for the KK confirmation form and the Registry Robot.
2. Fill out our ready made KK confirmation form (KK = connectivity coordination)
3. Cancel your account with your current provider with the note: "domain transferred via KK order".
4. Choose from our offers the product you would like and order this via konsoleH (Webhosting and managed servers) or Robot (virtual and dedicated servers). There is also the possibility of just registering your domain via Hetzner Online, without ordering a product. Once you have the login details for your account, which you will get soon after ordering, you can start setting up your websites.
5. Send us the filled out KK confirmation form and the cancellation with your old provider.

We will then immediately start a KK order with the DENIC, or the appropriate registrar.

Note: Depending on the type of request (eg. a parked domain), with some provider changes the domain registration costs need to be repaid, even if, for example, you've already paid the domain for a year.

Note: .com, .net and .org domains can only be transferred to another registrar at least 60 days after having been registered.
